I am an enrolled nurse and end of life doula. I am passionate about empowering communities to grow as compassionate communities.
I managed and started Rosehaven in North East Victoria, that is a compassionate community.
As our aged population grows and our palliative workforce diminishes we need to take action now to ensure people receive quality end of life outcomes.
We need to bring death back into community and empower communities to support their people.
