At Compassionate Communities Australia, we believe in the power of community to support each other through life’s challenges, including the journey towards the end of life. Our mission is to create a space where individuals can live well until their last breath, surrounded by the care and support of their community.
We invite you to join us in building a hub of knowledge and skills for community activation, community-led solutions, and social and systems change. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those facing life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses, chronic disabilities, frail aging, dementia, dying, and grief.
